摘要
Tourism is a very complex industry with its multi-faceted activities that together produce ‘tourist outcomes’. The aim of the research is to determine the destination loyalty perception of tourists who come to visit the TRNC destination to maintain the significance of biodiversity conservation for North Cyprus Tourism. Qualitative Design is chosen as the main research design of the study. 28 number of unstructured interviews were held and judgmental sampling is used while reaching the participants for the qualitative end of the study. According to the findings of the study, it is important that tourism, one of the major sectors of TRNC, should be planned with a sustainable development model. Tourism should be managed with an approach that can sustain natural and socio-cultural assets. For this purpose, a tourism master plan is needed. In this master plan, it is especially recommended to plan and train the workforce that will take part in tourism, to use technologies effectively for promotion, marketing and foreign interaction.
