Continuous Dynamical System

The first chapter introduces the reader to basic terms and concepts associated with dynamical systems before proceeding with description of electronic modelling methods. First of all, the main term ’Dynamical system’ is introduced. All necessary definitions are brought in the first chapter. Issues of classification of the dynamical systems and description methods are considered. The first chapter has an overview character. If more detailed study is necessary, the reader can explore the discussed topics in pages of books where the material is more rigorous and deep (for instance, see books by Steven Strogatz, Vadim Anishchenko and other authors). Probably, the first chapter is less interesting for experts in nonlinear dynamics. However, it may be useful for specialists in electronic engineering.
