This chapter presents the different processes of the microstructure formation. Also, the mechanical properties of polypropylene (PP), polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PETG), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and styrene acrylonitrile (SAN) thermoplastics up to the viscoelastic temperature are presented. Furthermore, the vibration-based hot stamping process is presented using a finite element model simulation.
