Investigating Critical Success Factors in IoT-Based Marketing Systems
摘要
The Internet of Things connects various types of devices in our daily lives and provides a large amount of data for marketers to improve marketing services. Marketers can use this data to make decisions, identify customer interaction patterns, and predict their behavior and lifestyle. The rise of the Internet of Things is profitable for digital marketers because they can use this huge data set to analyze consumer behavior in their marketing strategy. This allows them to predict consumer behaviors so that they can take better steps to implement their next strategy. Therefore, before implementing any project or program, marketers must correctly identify and evaluate the success factors of these smart technology-based systems. Understanding the correct position of these factors can definitely help improve the performance of the new marketing system. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to extract these critical success factors in the age of digital technologies and evaluate the factors. In this research, first by reviewing the research literature, the criteria and critical success factors (CSFs) in marketing systems based on the Internet of Things have been identified and presented to the experts after screening. In the next step, the research criteria are evaluated and weighted using the fuzzy nonlinear hierarchical analysis method, and then the prioritization of success factors is presented. This research can provide a deep insight into smart marketing systems based on the Internet of Things.
