Post-traumatic Elbow Stiffness: Complications and Treatments
摘要
Painless movement in the elbow joint is extremely important for normal functioning because it allows people to move their hands in space. Elbow stiffness, a common condition associated with significant morbidity, is generally defined as elbow range of motion (ROM) <30–130° [1]. The resulting post-traumatic stiffness or fibrosis in the elbow joint limit functionally and negatively affects an individual’s quality of life.
