Elbow stiffness mainly affects men, manual labourers and athletes. During the years, many treatment options have been proposed, according to the presentation of the condition (from contracture of soft tissue to severe bone deformity). The aim of this chapter is to summarise the main aspects and classification systems of this variable condition and to provide an overview on when and how elbow arthroscopy can be a viable option in treating this condition.
