This chapter contributes to a sociology of ‘lobbyists’ or European interest group agents by looking at the career paths of former students of European politics training who are destined, among other things, for careers in lobbying, interest representation, consulting and institutional communication in relation to the European institutions. The data collected by means of a questionnaire on the professional and social careers of these former students makes it possible to situate former students who have become interest group agents in the EU-related career space, to question their specialisation and to identify what they have in common, but also what distinguishes them.
