The leaching behaviorLeaching behavior of H2O2 in the process of recovering silver from spent catalysts based on the traditional recovery method from HNO3 is studied. The research results are as follows. The leachingLeaching rate of silver reaches 99.63% at 2 mol/L HNO3, 2.5 mol/L H2O2, leachingLeaching temperature 70 °C, leachingLeaching time 120 min, and solid–liquid ratio 1:4, it has a high recyclingRecycling effect. During the leachingLeaching process, the presence of H2O2 can convert Ag into Ag2O, which can effectively improve the leachingLeaching rate. In addition, the NOx generated during the reaction between HNO3 and Ag can be oxidized by H2O2 to form HNO3 and continue to participate in the reaction. This promotes the efficient leachingLeaching of Ag while reducing the pollution caused by NOx emissions. The method of using H2O2 and HNO3 as the leachingLeaching system provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the green and efficient recovery of Ag from spent silver catalystsSpent silver catalysts.
