The foundational business process for all enterprises is marketing research and approaches. There are several marketing strategies available, including telemarketing, it advertising, and publication sources. However, internet technology has made digital marketing quite popular these days. Online advertising research is an increasingly popular and more effective way to identify changes in the marketing landscape. This paper focuses on the subject of digital advertising methods and applications. We design and develop algorithms using machine learning, cloud computing, and the theory of social choice to help marketing managers make extremely practical and effective decisions about sales strategies. We examine the connection among cloud computing and collaborative decision-making and show how they might work together to help and assist the Enterprise in addition to the Marketing Team.
