In analysing the reviewed literature, we referred to social sustainability management practices commonly discussed by prior researchers, including safety working, labour conditions and human rights, society, and product responsibility. Additionally, we attempted to identify the impacts generated by social sustainability management practices. This study expands the body of knowledge on social sustainability management by systematically synthesizing various social sustainability practices as discussed in the literature.
