Nutraceuticals are highly esteemed for their therapeutic efficacy and numerous health advantages. Recent research has highlighted their exceptional performance when concurrently administered, and establishing the significance of synergism through various phytochemicals. The major aim of our chapter is to provide a summary of phytochemical combinations, with a specific focus on the synergistic interactions among them. These combinations reveal significance and applicability of phytochemicals in managing various diseases. Addressing different facets of combined beneficial effects, the chapter delves into potential combinations and offers insights into the current research status in in vitro and in vivo model systems. Additionally, synergism enhances the therapeutic potential and biological effects of each individual component. Nanoencapsulation of these compounds showed higher bioavailability and absorption, revealing their significant effects for prevention of diseases. Thus, our chapter reveals the synergistic effects of the phytochemicals for the prevention of various diseases.
