With the rapid increase in electronic waste (e-waste) worldwide, innovative solutions for its sustainable management are urgently needed. This chapter explores the transformation of e-waste into valuable, sustainable products, addressing key environmental and economic challenges. It discusses advanced recycling techniques, material recovery processes, and the development of new products from e-waste components. The chapter begins by highlighting the scope and impact of e-waste, underscoring the necessity for effective management solutions. It details advanced recycling methods, such as mechanical separation and hydrometallurgical processes, which efficiently recover precious metals and rare earth elements from e-waste. Emerging technologies, like bioleaching and green chemistry, are also examined for their role in enhancing material recovery and minimizing environmental impact. Further, the chapter investigates the upcycling of e-waste into sustainable products, including eco-friendly building materials, consumer goods, and electronic devices.
