Our research, anchored in the responses of 423 h professionals across diverse sectors, sought to unravel this intricate interplay. Utilizing advanced statistical and machine learning models, we uncovered a strong positive correlation between the intensity of AI applications in HR and the readiness of HR departments. Specifically, a higher AI application intensity is associated with marked improvements in organizational efficiency, with scores reaching up to 9.1 out of 10. Furthermore, while AI-driven transformations underscore the potential for enhanced productivity and innovation, the pivotal role of human well-being, safety, and adaptability emerges as a cornerstone for success. Our findings serve as a roadmap for organizations and HR professionals, guiding them towards strategic AI integrations that not only boost efficiency but also prioritize the human element, ensuring sustainable growth in the age of Industry 4.0.
