Investigation of Optimal Branching Trajectories of Various Types of Space Transportation Systems
摘要
Numerous examples of the through optimization of branching trajectories for various space transport systems, with vertical and horizontal take-off and landing, are presented, using the methods and ASTER software package described in previous chapters. All numerical solutions were obtained automatically, i.e. with no participation of a researcher in solution processes after setting the input data. A wide range of parametric dependencies, calculated with small steps in parameters, is intended to indirectly demonstrate the high accuracy of the resulting optimal solutions by either its “smoothness” or, conversely, discontinuity. Numerical solutions that have qualitative features are accompanied by physical interpretations.
