This research considers the theoretical foundations of a systematic approach to management of energy consumption in network retailing. It also evaluates the existing market offers in this area in order to develop a functional IT service architecture aimed at optimizing energy savings. The main energy monitoring tools in retail outlets were identified and specified, together with the key disadvantages associated with their implementation. In this paper, the authors describe the business process of energy management and present a traditional model of a relevant system. Based on the revision of successful examples of IT products in energy consumption, the main problems associated with their implementation in Russia were identified. As a result, the authors have developed models of stakeholders’ requirements for IT services and their direct architectural model. The obtained results can be used as a method of IT system development at retail enterprises in order to ensure efficient energy management.

摘要
