This new technology applies a pressure sensor to identify pressure changes during breaking and analyzes breaker jamBreaker jam based on big data judging, with accuracy over 90%. The intelligent breaker jamBreaker jam control strategy developed by GAMI, which matched with the single-point feeding technologyPoint feeding technology, can rapidly clear breaker jamBreaker jam with less interruption on pots. More importantly, this technology combines breaker jamBreaker jam management with the pot controlPot control systemControl system and pot superheatSuperheat control, conducing to reduce the frequencies of elephant legElephant leg and breaker jamBreaker jam, improve pot stability and current efficiencyCurrent efficiency, and prolong the service life of breakers and cylinders.
