Pure and dopedDoped barium titanate powders were prepared via ball milling using barium carbonate (BaCO3), titanium oxide (TiO2), lanthanumLanthanum oxide (La2O3), and bismuthBismuth oxide (Bi2O3). Stoichiometric calculations followed the formula Ba1-3xLa2xTi1-3xBi4xO3, with varying x values (0.000, 0.0015, 0.0025, and 0.0035 mol%). The powders were mixed with zirconia oxide balls (2.95 mm, 5.05 mm, 6.48 mm) for 6 h, then dried and sintered at 1200 °C for 5 h (heating rate: 4 °C/min). X-ray diffraction (XRD) confirmed the formation of tetragonalTetragonal BaTiO3BaTiO3 phase (JCPDS 961,525,438) across all compositions. DielectricDielectric properties were measured using an LCR meter at 100 Hz and temperatures from 30 °C to 400 °C. The undoped BaTiO3BaTiO3 (x = 0.0) exhibited a Curie temperature of 110 °C and a dielectricDielectric constant of 2902. The highest dielectric constant (3665) was observed at x = 0.0025, with a Curie temperature of 105 °C. These results indicate that dopingDoping concentration influences dielectricDielectric properties.

摘要
