The Impact of Organizational Culture on the Organizational Behavior in the Bahrain Pharmacy Corporation—Kingdom of Bahrain

This research investigates how the culture of the organization influences organizational behaviour at the Bahrain Pharmacy Corporation (BPC), with the goal of shedding light on the complex connection between cultural values and employee behaviour in the healthcare sector of Bahrain. The study conducts a comprehensive literature analysis to combine data from relevant, aligned, comparative, and contributing studies in order to provide a detailed knowledge of how organizational culture impacts behaviour at BPC. Approaches: The technique used an extensive literature analysis that concentrated on academic publications, industry reports, and case studies addressing organizational culture and behavior in healthcare settings, particularly those in or relevant to Bahrain. Findings: The investigation showed that BPC’s organizational culture, which is strongly influenced by Bahraini social values, significantly influences organizational behaviors such as employee engagement, decision-making processes, and innovation. Leadership has a crucial role in establishing and maintaining cultural values, which in turn, has a considerable influence on organizational performance and flexibility. Conclusion: The research finds that a supportive and flexible organizational culture is crucial for promoting good organizational behaviour and attaining operational success within BPC. It highlights the need of combining ancient values with contemporary business methods to successfully address the issues of the healthcare sector. Future study could include using a more comprehensive methodological approach and investigating the changing influence of technology on organizational culture and behaviour.
