The primary objective of the present research is to examine the practicality of implementing strategic leadership and entrepreneurship leadership in private Jordanian universities, as perceived by faculty members. Additionally, the study aims to identify the key obstacles hindering the implementation of these leadership approaches. To achieve these goals, a descriptive approach was employed, utilizing a questionnaire consisting of 32 items. The questionnaire was administered to a stratified random sample of faculty members, totaling 180 individuals, out of the original population of 9,672. The collected data underwent statistical analysis using Partial Least Squares (PLS) methodology, which yielded several noteworthy findings. Notably, the analysis revealed a direct, statistically significant, and influential relationship between strategic leadership and entrepreneurial leadership, ultimately leading to enhanced job satisfaction among academics in Jordanian universities. As a recommendation for future research, the study suggests conducting a comparative analysis of the quality of work life for faculty members at Jordan Public University in comparison to other universities both within and outside of Jordan.
