List of Priorities for Replacement, Reconstruction and Revitalization of the Observed Units Using the New Methodology
摘要
The paper presents a new methodology for defining a list of priorities for the replacement, revitalization and reconstruction of the observed units of the transmission network. The previous methodology was based exclusively on the age of the observed units and the assessment of the condition of the maintenance workers. In addition to the age and subjective assessment of the condition, the new methodology defines measurable parameters for assessing the need for replacement, revitalization and reconstruction. On the basis of the defined parameters, a methodology has been created that results in an optimal ranking of the observed units of the transmission network that need to be replaced, i.e. revitalized or reconstructed. Such an approach allows us to better plan the operation of the transmission system and the possibility of evaluating the quality of medium- and long-term planning of the development of the transmission network. For each group of data, a correlation was made in order to determine the validity of the submitted data.
