Periodic Calibration of Temperature Measurement Equipment
摘要
The measurement and the measurement procedure require traceability with the aim of reducing measurement errors. The purchase of a new measuring device also means that regular calibrations must be carried out in the future. Regardless of whether it is a device in a laboratory organized according to ISO/IEC 17025 or a device for home use, the ability to independently verify the calibration is essential. This paper presents the procedure for checking the calibration of three different types of temperature measuring devices: two infrared thermal imaging cameras FLIR E6 and E60bx, a pyrometer Raytek Raynger MX Raymax2d and a universal measuring device UNIT UT139C with a K-probe. The calibration was carried out with a reference infrared radiation source, the Voltcraft IRS-350 Black Body. Since the measurement compares a known quantity with an unknown quantity, the work is reminiscent of the calibration test procedure with three reference quantities, which can also be carried out without the use of a black body.
