Organizing

As the second sequential function in the management process, organizing follows planning. Organizing involves making instrumental decisions regarding the allocation of an organization’s resources in the most appropriate manner to support the effective and efficient implementation of its strategies to achieve the organization’s goals and realize its mission. Organizing involves the design and implementation of the structures through which the work of an organization is accomplished.
