Understanding and Addressing Stakeholder Expectations
摘要
Stakeholders are individuals, groups, or organizations that have an interest in an organization and its present and future success. While there are various groups of organizational stakeholders—including suppliers and creditors—the three primary and most important groups of organizational stakeholders are customers, employees, and owners. Understanding and addressing the expectations of an organization’s stakeholders—particularly its customers, employees, and owners—enables an organization’s leaders to properly prepare and position an organization for present and future success.
