摘要

Diversity, equity, and inclusion are being recognized more visibly in contemporary society and particularly within the realm of contemporary businesses and other organizations. Although they are three separate aspects of responsible leadership, they are often considered together for initiatives in a growing number of contemporary organizations and throughout society. While they are certainly different concepts, in many ways they are compatible with the aspirations of corporate social responsibility. Similarly, like social responsibility, valuing diversity, equity, and inclusion is good for business and offers many advantages to organizations that fully embrace the importance of these enlightened commitments in the leadership, management, and operation of an organization.
