Employee Participation and Involvement

The essential role that stakeholder participation, inclusion, and involvement play in organizational success has been a theme thus far in the book and will continue in the sections that follow. While stakeholder engagement is always important, it must be a priority if an organization desires to succeed in fulling its current mission and ultimately realizing the aggressive aspirations articulated in its vision for the future.
