摘要

Contemporary organizations achieve success by assembling and deploying the various resources that serve as necessary steps to achieving an organization’s goals and fulfilling its mission. As discussed earlier, organizational resources fall into two distinct categories—tangible resources and intangible resources. The tangible resources of an organization include such things as land, facilities, equipment, inventories, and finances. Intangible resources include goodwill, organizational reputation, patents, trademarks, and intellectual property.
