摘要

As the last function in the management process, controlling involves comparing and evaluating actual results with planned results. This step involves closing the loop of both planning and the management process, and usually triggers restarting the process for a next iteration. The goals and objectives developed and committed to during earlier planning activities serve as the basis for comparing actual results to anticipated results.
