This paper show the calculation and analysis of scissor lifts for heavy vehicles. The analysis will be conducted from the perspective of the software kinetostatic analysis of the mechanism, as well as the CEA analysis of the characteristic parts of the scissor lift, such as the supporting structure and the scissors. A numerical and analytical approach was used in the analysis and calculation, as well as a comparison of the results. The forces acting on the scissors and the stresses they cause are analyzed.
