Environmental-Resource-Saving Technology for Production of Consumables for Industrial Technological Park

The article is aimed at justifying technological, technical and economic solutions for the project of launching an industrial technology park with elements of synthesis of a production site for the production of consumables for the training process of amateurs and athletes, warehouse logistics involving the raw material potential of the territory and the educational and tourism block. The authors studied and summarized domestic and foreign experience in technological solutions, which made it possible to formulate an original solution to improve the production technology of clay targets for clay shooting and sporting in the Tyumen region. The choice of the territory for launching the technology park is due to the high level of attractiveness of this sport for the population with average and above average income levels in the region in conditions of limited freedom of choice of territory for sports tourism outside of Russia. The south of the Tyumen region is rich in explored and potential reserves of minerals, including clay, which is the raw material potential of the composition for the production. The average level of wear and tear of 40% of civil buildings in the city of Tyumen is close to 75% of physical wear, and therefore there is potential for the use of recycling in the processing of waste building materials. The proposed technology is similar to the production of products by construction industry enterprises from primary raw materials - clay (paving slabs, building and finishing bricks). Today, the authors are studying issues regarding the behavior of laboratory and field tests of prototypes for strength, aerodynamic.
