Bulla that occupy more than one third of the hemithorax are called giant bulla. Patients present with increasing dyspnoea due to progressive compression of normal lung parenchyma. Robotic bullectomy is an effective procedure for patients with giant bulla associated with poor lung function. Steps of Robotic Bullectomy and operative considerations are described.

摘要
