This chapter aims to explore potential gaps in organizational design within upscale hotels, particularly focusing on internal and external whistleblowing mechanisms. This chapter seeks to understand the factors influencing whistleblowing behaviors and to propose recommendations for enhancing organizational transparency and accountability. The main gaps that hinder organizational design are lack of confidence in reporting systems, moral courage loss, and organizational inertia. This chapter provides significant outcomes into the effect of these gaps on organizational integrity and hotel reputation. This chapter contributes novel insights into the organizational behavior context by examining whistleblowing practices within Egyptian upscale hotels. This chapter will offer valuable recommendations for improving whistleblowing mechanisms, promoting ethical conduct, and strengthening accountability in hospitality organizations.
