In the globalized world, human talent is required to meet the current challenges. The present research aims to analyze the scope of knowledge in green technology, as well as in organizational eco-innovation, to determine the implications for human talent management and the construction of competencies in sustainable development. A methodology based on bibliometric analysis was used, in which a theoretical and scientific review of the available literature was carried out. As main results of the study, it can be concluded that green knowledge is of utmost importance to create and develop green technology, as well as to boost organizational green innovation and the management of competency development in sustainable development.
