This chapter analyses the interinstitutional agreement establishing an interinstitutional body for ethical standards for members of the Union’s institutions, paying particular attention to its possible impact on the Commission. It also considers the legal limits of the body’s powers and the impact it may have on the Union’s institutional framework at large.
