Supply Chain Risk Management of Lithium Battery Research Center Sebelas Maret University Using the House of Risk Method

摘要

Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) lithium battery research center is a research center engaged in manufacturing by producing lithium batteries. Which has an ordering system that is made to order requires companies to have capabilities that can meet consumer demand by timely product completion and still have the best quality for consumers. Risk management analysis on the 5 SCOR elements, namely plan, source, make, deliver, and return, found 29 risk events with 14 risk sources. In general, this study uses the House of Risk (HOR) method with calculations from the results of assessing the severity of the risk, assessing the occurrence rate of risk agents, and assessing the level of correlation, so that the total value of the Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) which is used to determine the priority of which risk agent needs to be handled first to be given preventive action. Risk analysis conducted from the two informants obtained 10 priority sources with 14 priority reduction steps including rechecking that the lithium battery was not damaged, give warning signs to be careful about exploding lithium batteries, remodel the room to make it airtight, conduct routine training on safety induction, increase the amount of production compared to orders, arrange picket schedules for cleaning rooms and machines after use, schedule regular machine maintenance, increase the manufacturing process at the start of the machine so that the next machine can follow, make emergency evacuation facilities at the company, implementing appropriate Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems (OSH) by using personal protective equipment, making check sheets in the work area for easy control, creating and implementing standard operating procedures for safe lithium battery manufacturing, changing suppliers that have been verified according to standards, and increasing the number of light fire extinguishers.
