Electric cars can reduce air and noise pollution, especially in big cities. This technology is also considered a solution for reducing fuel imports to meet domestic consumption. The government continues to strive to implement various strategies to minimize the consumption of imported fuel and increase the use of electric cars with various regulations and subsidies provided. As an illustration for the community, it is necessary to analyze the experience of electric car users in Indonesia with various factors considered such as price, taxes, technology, and futuristic design to test their impact on the user experience perspective of electric cars. This study uses a quantitative method with a purposive sampling technique. The study results show that price, tax, technology, and futuristic design factors positively affect the user experience perspective. Based on the user experience perspective of electric cars, recommendations for the general public are obtained, namely choosing a price that suits their needs but it is better to take the long-range type, using the money for refueling is three times cheaper than using an electric car, having an emergency charging feature where charging lasts electric car batteries can be done at home, and the unique design of electric cars is a highlight when used on the highway.
