Development of Green Supply Chain Risk Assessment Model for Automotive Rubber Parts Factories Using Fuzzy FMEA and Fuzzy AHP

摘要

The green supply chain risk assessment is the concept that has gained greater attention in automotive rubber parts manufacturing industry. In the manufacturing process, extrusion methods through a heat press and an oven are quired to obtain high quality products according to the ISO criteria. However, a problem often found during the manufacturing process is rubber scraps, causing nonrecycled waste, which adversely affects the environment including problems from the procedures of raw material receiving to workpiece extrusion and inspection. These problems result in inconsistent quality as well as the failure to control costs and customer delivery time. To be able to control and prevent waste during the rubber production process. Therefore, to control and prevent waste during the rubber manufacturing process, the efficient green supply chain risk assessment should rely on scientific method modeling through Fuzzy Failure Mode Effect Analysis (Fuzzy FMEA) in conjunction with Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP) by the risk index assessment and the priority of the rubber manufacturing process. By applying the foresaid method, the company can deal with the uncertainty and risks arising during the manufacturing process. From the experimental results, the developed model could be applied to solve the problems encountered during the manufacturing process through the green supply chain risk assessment along with capability to determine appropriate criteria for solving problems, lower production costs and increasing efficiency as well as weekly production planning and cost control.
