Performance Measurement Analysis at Employees Cooperative of Ministry of Religious Affairs

The Employees Cooperative of Ministry of Religious Affairs (KOPKA) is an organization that operates in the field of non-bank financial services and sales services for items, with the goal of assisting participants meet their different needs. In order to produce responsibility reviews and work plans for the upcoming length, KOPKA consistently incorporates cooperative commercial enterprise strategies and innovations into its annual meeting activities. The Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia in 2020 had a great effect on the economic condition of businesses. Therefore, there's a need for overall performance assessment to en-courage organizational development. However, cooperatives have solely evaluated their performance using financial measures up until now. This isn't yet capable of replicate the complexity of cooperatives. The Balanced Scorecard is used in this research's performance measurement because it provides evaluations based on four factors, which allows performance outcomes to be shown more thoroughly. In addition, graphical data approaches can be used to highlight patterns in financial reports by comparing them from one period to the next. This is a measure of organizational performance that can also highlight gaps between appropriate conditions and the results of performance evaluations by combining the two analyses. This research can demonstrate evaluation and performance and establish business plans so that the company can compete globally with its competitors. The results of this research indicate that although the financial, customer, and business process perspectives are considered to be rather effective, the learning and growth perspective must be enhanced in order to improve employee motivation and abilities.
