Performance of Seismic-Resistant Building Structure Using Diaphragm Based on SNI 2847:2019 and ACI 318-19
摘要
The diaphragm, as an additional element resisting lateral force, is commonly used for the floor and roof of the building. In Indonesia, the diaphragm, chord, and collector have been regulated in SNI 2847:2019, which refers to ACI 318-14. In 2019, the ACI 318-14 was updated to ACI 318-19, and there were several changes. This research aims to analyze the difference in the design and detailing of diaphragms in earthquake-resistant buildings based on SNI 2847:2019 with ACI 318-19 and analyze the performance of structure with diaphragms. In this study, the diaphragm system was used on the roof floor of the building. Herein, the building is a 10-story office building with a dual system as a structural system and is located in Jakarta with a medium soil class (SD). The performance of the building structure was analyzed using a performance-based design method and pushover. The analysis of diaphragm design results shows that the chord and collector reinforcement is required due to the 50% roof opening. The value and amount of reinforcement on the diaphragm, chord, and collector based on SNI 2847:2019 and ACI 318-19 do not significantly differ. The analysis of building with a diaphragm performance-based on drift and story drift values obtained results in damage control for the performance level.
