摘要

Plastic waste is a problem because of its large volume and is difficult to decompose. One of the plastic wastes that are widely found is LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) plastic bags. Recycling LDPE plastic is a solution to reduce it. One way to recycle LDPE plastics is to use an extrusion machine to make the printer’s 3D filaments. Then the diameter of the printer’s 3D filament is measured and tested tensile, and print tested on a 3D printer. The results showed a decrease in diameter according to the increase in temperature in PID 2, and the diameter measurement results showed a mismatch of size with the diameter of the nozzle used. The tensile test results showed that specimen nine at PID1 temperature 110 and PID temperature 2 120 with a nozzle diameter of 1 mm had a value of 13 MPa with an extension of only 780% of the original size. Printed test, which is carried out using a paper base/bed at printing temperature 230 ℃, bed temperature 60 ℃, layer height 0.12 mm, infill density 10 0%, infill pattern concentric, and print speed 50 mm / s, results in the formation of fewer cavities and more robust products but still shows the occurrence of shrinkage in the printed product.
