摘要

The approach of designing an antenna and a photovoltaic cell on the same substrate is useful for reducing costs. Many recent studies have explored the integration of photovoltaic cells with antennas due to the potential advantages of wireless communication. The researchers designed state-of-the-art photovoltaic antennas integrated into large cells with complex geometries. In this work, compact antenna arrays on a single device integrated into a photovoltaic cell are proposed for satellite applications and ensure the reception of band channels. The proposed model can accept to increase more than exposure to the sun; the photovoltaic cell is part of the antenna and thus improves the performance of the antenna. The antenna integrated with the designed photovoltaic cell accepts 100% exposure to sunlight and we extract all the characteristics of the antenna (impedance bandwidth, gain and radiation pattern).
