This chapter focusses on imperfect inventory control model with quality consideration, inspection and screening process. Sixteen mathematical models under different assumptions such as stochastic demand rate, stochastic quality improvement, stochastics lead-time and stochastic defective quantity, stochastic defective rate, stochastic inspection error and stochastic toll failure are presented. Imperfect items, lead-time reduction, Coordination mechanism, random yield, inspection errors, maintenance, etc., are other assumptions considered in descriptions of presented problems. For all presented models solution models and numerical examples are provided to show the applicability of models.
