To overcome these issues and provide patients with customized, secure proposals, digital healthcare recommender systems (HRS) were made. In order to move forward the security and security of advanced HRS, this chapter proposes a blockchain-based strategy. Information security and permanence are ensured by blockchain innovation, which also offers a decentralized plan that energizes openness and belief. The recommended strategy utilizes an agreement strategy to create beyond any doubt that information is confirmed and kept in a secure way. The chapter also addresses issues such as versatility, interoperability, and administrative compliance that occur when utilizing blockchain in advanced HRS. The creators make a few suggestions to address these issues and make it conceivable to utilize blockchain-based computerized HRS.
