摘要

An infant delivered prematurely at 34 weeks gestation was detected arrhythmic at auscultation. Twelve-lead ECG identified blocked premature atrial contractions which simulated 2:1 AV block. In order to determine if the newborn requires permanent cardiostimulation, a Holter ECG was conducted (Figs. 33.1, 33.2, 33.3, 33.4, 33.5, 33.6, 33.7, 33.8, 33.9, 33.10, 33.11, 33.12, and 33.13).
