Case 16: Paroxysmal Supraventricular Tachycardia with Right Bundle Branch Block Aberrancy
摘要
An 11-year-old girl patient suffered from recurrent episodes of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia. She was hospitalized in the Pediatric Cardiology Department, where an ECG revealed a short PR interval and a delta wave, indicating the presence of Wolf-Parkinson-White Syndrome. The echocardiography indicated a normal left ventricle with an ejection fraction of 60%. During the Holter ECG, she experienced episodes of palpitations that were similar to the ones that she had at home (Figs. 22.1, 22.2, 22.3, 22.4, 22.5, 22.6, 22.7, 22.8, 22.9, 22.10, 22.11, 22.12, 22.13, 22.14, 22.15, 22.16, 22.17, 22.18, 22.19, 22.20, and 22.21).
