A 12-year-old girl had Holter ECG monitoring for palpitations. No palpitations were felt during monitoring although an elevated heart rate of 202 bpm was noticed at 23:00 while receiving an intramuscular injection in the anterolateral thigh (Figs. 13.1, 13.2, 13.3, 13.4, 13.5, 13.6, and 13.7).
