Leadership Psychology Unveiling Insights and Applications for Organizational Success in the Discipline of Psychology

This chapter focuses on the interplay of leadership and gender, starting with the role of gender in leadership itself, a discussion of several leadership paradigms, and then goes on to outlining guidelines that women who wish to lead may follow to ease the path to a leadership position. This chapter seeks to discover and form steps that women who wish to advance in leadership may take, in order to move forward toward parity in leadership, especially at higher levels.
