Finite-dimensional degenerate optimization problems with equality and inequality constraints are addressed. One sufficient condition for quadraticity is proposed, that is, when the problem under study can be reduced to a quadratic problem by virtue of a given admissible quadratic perturbation of the constraint mapping.

摘要

Finite-dimensional degenerate optimization problems with equality and inequality constraints are addressed. One sufficient condition for quadraticity is proposed, that is, when the problem under study can be reduced to a quadratic problem by virtue of a given admissible quadratic perturbation of the constraint mapping.
