There are lots of untracked operations within the supply chain management due to staff being overloaded on their workload and lack of training has led to manual form of operations most of the staff are not trained with ERP Systems. ERP systems can manage the whole company. This research paper’s goal is to provide an alternative route in synchronizing activities and processes and tracking activities of the various organizations concerned by adding capability to earlier industrial resource planning systems.
