In this study there is no standard operating procedure, a smaller number of manpower and lean. Study is conducted to do the integrated management system in furniture manufacturing. The integrated management system includes: 5s continuous improvement, 5s audit, raw material data collection, and checklist for machinery. Statistical data tools that studied in this paper are demand forecast, time series data analysis, check sheet, process routing, integrated supply chain, pareto chart analysis, and beer game concept. The problem in manufacturing system is found and solutions were suggested based on the above mentioned tools. The study had included another tool OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency), the result from this tool proved 87%. Thus the researched furniture manufacturing is a world class performance company. If the company follows the norms and standards, then the firm will get the International Standards certificate like ISO 9000, ISO 14000.
