The main aim is to design a cross-platform application that will connect users on the move with the mechanic services they require in roadside emergency situations. This will enable vehicle owners to get service anywhere and everywhere. The initiative is singularly dedicated to crafting a cross-platform application for roadside assistance, aiming not only to streamline the assistance process but also to empower mechanics to broaden their service horizons. Within this comprehensive application, we have integrated user-centric features, robust data security measures, and real-time service tracking capabilities, all contributing to heightened transparency and user control. In response, blockchain technology has emerged as a transformative solution, effectively decentralizing these systems and fortifying security and trustworthiness to tackle the aforementioned issues. Users can effortlessly request assistance, specifying their locations and service requirements, while mechanics can promptly confirm their availability, thereby presenting customers with well-informed choices. This endeavor is underscored by the rigorous validation of smart contracts and their seamless deployment, ensuring the execution of requested services.
